Details of services |
| |
The services provided by Astro Vaastu Kendra, including performance of Yagyas and Samskaras, are based purely on Vedic principles. Astro Vaastu Kendra does not make any warranties on the results of these Yagyas and Samskaras. These consultation/ suggestion/ guidance/ provision of products & services, therefore have no legal or contractual significance. |

Secrecy of subscriber information |

Astro Vaastu Kendra undertakes to handle the customer profile and the entire data of name, date time and place of birth, address, e-mail, telephone number etc. in complete secrecy and no disclosures will be made to anyone except where it is required to be disclosed by existing or future laws. The birth data will be used solely for the purpose of communicating the consultation/ suggestion/ guidance reports to the customers only. |

Right to terminate the service |

Astro Vaastu Kendra reserves the right to terminate any service and refund any money received without assigning any reason. It also therefore reserves the right to modify, alter or discontinue the service, with or without notice to the customers who may accept the revised terms or opt to take the refund.

| 5. |
Providing of Products and services |
| |
The Services/ Products/ consultation/ suggestion/ guidance reports are provided, only after the payment is received in advance. However, the Astro Vaastu Kendra will not be responsible for any payments made to any person, not connected to it and will not be obliged to provide Services/ Products/ consultation/ suggestion/ guidance against these payments. In case of any doubt, one is suggested to contact on the phone numbers given in the website immediately. The Astro Vaastu Kendra does not authorize any person to receive any payments on its part. |

Customer's obligations |

All the customers of Astro Vaastu Kendra are presumed to maintain complete secrecy of these consultation/ suggestion/ guidance reports extended by Astro Vaastu Kendra and not to divulge this information to anyone. He indemnifies Astro Vaastu Kendra, its owners, officers and employees, harmless or indemnified against any claim or demand including attorney's fees. Customer agrees to the jurisdiction of NOIDA courts only, in case of disputes, if any.

Disclaimer of warranties |

Customer hereby agrees that no contractual or legal liability arises against Astro Vaastu Kendra by ordering or making use of services and products of Astro Vaastu Kendra.
Astro Vaastu Kendra expressly disclaims all warranties, implied or contingent, for making use of these consultation/ suggestion/ guidance, for incurring loss or loss of profit or in any manner. No notice or advice from any customer to Astro Vaastu Kendra will create any liability whatsoever. |

Outsourcing of products |

The Astro Vaastu Kendra does not produce all the products supplied by it. Although we procure these products, from the best possible and most reliable source and representatives of the Astro Vaastu Kendra make surprise visits to these suppliers, variations beyond the control of the Astro Vaastu Kendra may be possible in rare and exceptional cases and the Astro Vaastu Kendra will not be responsible for the same. |

Not connected with any religion |

There is no word for religion in Sanskrit, the ancient language of India as well as that of Vedas, earliest books of humanity. The closest word is Dharma which means “principle”. Vedas do not contain rules and regulations just for Hindus only but for all dharmik people, i.e. men and women with principles. The religion described in Vedas is called Sanatana Dharma (the eternal religion, religion for all). Hence, consultation/ suggestion/ guidance/ provision of products & services by Astro Vaastu Kendra, based primarily on Vedas, neither subscribe to nor propagate any particular religion or sect. |
